Good morning all
We have created a webpage with information and links for the North Westside Provincial Restructure Planning Grant Standing Committee on the RDCO website – www.rdco.com/nwcommittee
We will endeavour to keep this one-stop location for information updated with links to agenda, meeting minutes and documents.
As well, the committee’s first meeting will take place tomorrow morning at 10:00 am. While current health orders prohibit public gatherings and meetings, we will be providing a link to a livestream, once the meeting begins (and subsequent meetings). When available, following the meeting, a link will be available to a video recording of the meeting. These can be found on the www.rdco.com/agenda webpage. For the Livestream the link will appear in the meeting listing under Upcoming Meetings. The recording will be available on a link to the Committee meeting under the Past Meetings section of that page.
When it is available, we will also try to provide the link to the recording on the Standing Committee webpage. Meetings of the committee will be added to our main website Events calendar.
We also plan to provide timely social media information on the committee via our Facebook page.
Please note, we changed the web page address to www.rdco.com/nwcommittee after the most recent Board Report was compiled last week. www.rdco.com/nwreview was the website listed and that address will take you to the Standing Committee page as well.
We have shared this information with the Communities Association.
